Is parking available at the Killarney location?
Yes — on-site parking is available at our Killarney clinic, making it easier to arrive for your appointment without needing to search for street parking.
Are evening and weekend appointments available?
Yes. We know therapy has to fit around real life, including work, school, family, and other commitments. Evening and weekend appointments may be available depending on the psychologist.
Who will I be working with at this location?
Care at NU Psychology is provided by registered and provisionally registered psychologists. Each psychologist has focused areas of training, including anxiety, ADHD, trauma, OCD, burnout, relationships, and assessments.
Do you offer virtual therapy as well as in-person?
Yes. We offer online therapy across Alberta, so you can access support virtually if you are outside Calgary or prefer to meet from home.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first session is a chance for your psychologist to understand what brings you in, what you are hoping to work on, and what kind of support may be most helpful. You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.
