Yes. We know therapy has to fit around work, school, family, and other commitments. Evening and weekend appointments may be available depending on the psychologist you are working with.
Who will I be working with at this location?
Care at NU Psychology is provided by registered and provisionally registered psychologists. Our team offers specialized support for ADHD, anxiety, trauma, OCD, burnout, relationships, assessments, and many other concerns.
Do you offer virtual therapy as well as in-person appointments?
Yes. In addition to in-person appointments at our Bridgeland clinic, we offer virtual therapy throughout Calgary and across Alberta.
What should I expect during my first appointment?
Your first session is an opportunity to share what brings you in, discuss your goals, and explore what kind of support may be most helpful. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before you begin.
