Registered Psychologist
Kelly Tenove
Kelly Tenove offers a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy, working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, and relationship concerns. She understands that no two people experience life’s challenges in quite the same way and takes time to understand each client’s circumstances, strengths, and goals.
Trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Kelly integrates evidence-based approaches to help clients recognize unhelpful patterns, process difficult experiences, and build practical skills for everyday life. Her approach is flexible and grounded in what feels most relevant to each person.
Above all, Kelly strives to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes at their own pace.
Kelly sees teens aged 12 and up and adults at NU Psychology’s Bridgeland location in Calgary.
