Allison Massé
Allison Massé is a Calgary psychologist who works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, burnout, trauma, and health and wellness goals.
Allison offers a grounded, practical therapy space where clients can feel understood while building the tools they need to move through stress, emotional overwhelm, and difficult life experiences.
Much of her work supports people navigating anxiety and social anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, and trauma, along with challenges around confidence, resilience, balance, and overall well-being.
Allison draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and EMDR-informed trauma care to help clients strengthen coping skills, build self-understanding, and move toward meaningful change.
Allison also works with children, teens, and families through NU Psychology's sister clinic, Creative Sky Psychology, where she supports younger clients and families with emotional, behavioural, and developmental concerns.
