Our Registered Psychologists are located in Calgary, Alberta and speciaize in promoting wellness and the long-term growth of all individuals. We use evidence-based techniques such as Acceptance and Commitment  Psychology, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to support change and well-being within our clients. Individuals at NU Psychology learn to recognize and move through unhelpful thoughts and emotions; while learning healthy coping mechanisms and strategies. This creates room for growth, awareness, and opportunity. We aim to help our clients to shift from old thinking patterns to new ways of being. Our guiding principle is to help clients realize their potential by creating space, knowldedge, and lasting change.
