We are a team of Registered Psychologists located in Calgary, Alberta. We specialize in promoting wellness and the long-term growth of all individuals. Our Psychologists use evidence-based techniques such as ACT psychology, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Narrative Therapy to support change and well-being within our clients. Individuals at NU Psychology are supported to recognize and move through emotions when needed, while learning individualized coping mechanisms. This creates room for growth and awareness. At NU Psychology we aim to help our clients shift from old thinking patterns to new ways of being.
