Registered Psychologist
Jessica Dawson
Jessica Dawson is a Calgary psychologist who works with teens, adults, parents, and couples navigating ADHD, OCD, trauma, depression, anxiety, postpartum concerns, grief, and relationship challenges.
Jessica offers a warm, collaborative therapy space where clients can make sense of the patterns shaping their emotions, relationships, and sense of self. Her work is grounded in helping people feel genuinely understood while building practical tools for lasting change.
She supports clients navigating depression, postpartum depression and anxiety, ADHD, OCD, trauma, parenting stress, grief and loss, emotional regulation, and self-esteem concerns. With couples, she helps partners strengthen communication, deepen connection, and move through conflict with more clarity and care.
Her approach draws from evidence-based and insight-oriented therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and the Gottman Method for couples counselling.
Jessica also works with children, teens, parents, and families through NU Psychology's sister clinic, Creative Sky Psychology, where she supports younger clients and families navigating emotional, behavioural, and relational concerns.
